Help you find the right property. As your agent I will determine what you are looking for and what is your price point, schedule appointments, and tour homes. Explain the differences in properties from a Colonial home to a Cape Cod, also what the different towns can offer in terms of parks, transportation, schools and restaurants.
Negotiate the offer. I will advise you on an appropriate price to offer, pull comparables that have sold , write the contractt offer, attach your pre-approval letter and present it to the seller's agent.
Recommend other professionals. As your buyer's agent I can refer you to a reliable mortgage broker, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, movers, and more.
Help overcome setbacks. If the appraisal or inspection brings new issues to the table, I will advise how to proceed and then act as a buffer between you and the sellers or their agent. Negotiations can become stressful and heated, I will be there throughout the process and provide solutions.
